Agribusiness
Agribusiness refers to a wide range of economic activities which are broadly connected to agriculture; including farming, seed production, food manufacture, equipment manufacture, processing, distribution and marketing.

Currently CDC is undertaking projects and providing support to businesses that manufacture both food and natural products.

An Innovative Foods Cluster has been formed and a natural products cluster, Canterbury & Nelson Nutraceuticals, has been operating for a number of years.
